We grew up in the Gallatin Valley — chasing elk in the Bridgers, casting on the Madison, and watching old roofs surrender to spring runoff. Valley Roofing & Welding is the company we wished existed when our own families needed work done right.

Mark has spent over two decades on Montana roofs — starting on framing and tear-off crews as a teenager outside Three Forks, then years working under veteran roofers across the Gallatin Valley before founding Valley Roofing & Welding with Jodi. Every system we install, he's installed hundreds of times before, in the exact weather it has to survive.
We are a primarily residential roofing company, and we are deliberately Montana-focused. We don't chase work out of state, we don't bid jobs we can't personally stand on, and we spec every detail for the wind, snow, hail, and freeze-thaw cycles that define this valley — not a generic catalog roof.
When the trucks are parked, you'll find us up at Hyalite, in a tree stand off Highway 191, or coaching little league back in Belgrade. This is our place. We build for it like we live in it — because we do.
