Yes. We do free post-storm inspections, document damage with photos and a written report, and meet your adjuster on-site if you want us there. We never inflate scope — if the damage is cosmetic and not claim-worthy, we'll say so.

Fully licensed and insured in the State of Montana — general liability and workers' comp. We carry a $2M umbrella and we're happy to send certificates directly to your mortgage company or HOA on request.

Do you offer a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and we keep the two kinds of coverage clearly separated. Our five-year workmanship warranty covers our installation: if something we did fails (a leak at a flashing we cut, a fastener pattern that backs out, an install error), we come back and fix it on our dime. Material defects fall under the manufacturer's product warranty (30 years to lifetime depending on product). Weather-related damage — hail, wind, ice, falling limbs, snow load — is not a warranty claim against either of us; that's what your homeowner's insurance is for, and we're happy to document the damage and work with your adjuster.

Can you work with HOAs and historic guidelines?

Absolutely. We've done a lot of work in neighborhoods with strict color and material rules, including parts of Bozeman and Big Sky. We'll help submit material samples and color chips for HOA approval before the job starts.

What time of year is best to replace a roof in the Gallatin Valley?

Late spring through early fall is prime, but we install year-round when weather allows. Asphalt shingles need to seal — we use hand-sealed cold-weather shingles below 40°F. Metal can go on almost any time the snow's clear.
