Most of what we do is full roof replacements on Gallatin Valley homes — tearing the old roof off down to the decking, replacing anything rotted, and rebuilding the system from underlayment up.
We spec materials based on your house and how long you plan to be in it. Architectural and impact-resistant shingles for most homes, ice & water shield at eaves and valleys where Montana winters always find a way in, and ventilation set up so the attic doesn't cook in July or steam in February.
We pick up after ourselves. Tarps down to protect the landscaping, debris hauled off as we go, and a magnetic sweep of the driveway and yard before we leave so you're not finding nails in tires next spring.
